I have been bored out of my ficking mind because my dad accidentally broke my monitor a month ago and I haven’t been able to play vidya games at all. It has been nice to have some more time for spirituality but not being able to relax with video games feels really bad. It needs to be a balance between games and spirituality, not spirituality 24/7. I have been meditating and doing lbrp and Robert Bruce’s energy work and grounding my feet in the grass standing up and reading montalk.net trying to not get too obsessed with kiwifarms lolcows. I remember a couple days back I realized I had spent 3 hours looking at the Andrew ditch thread on kiwifarms and then I was like that’s enough kiwifarms time to go meditate and do lbrp. I’m really bored so I guess I’ll go to bed tonight. Fighting a cold. Can’t breathe through my nose which makes me upset.

Today I figured out my tension headaches are coming from the copious amounts of cacao powder that I've been putting in keto shakes.
