Why is everyone afraid Mara, the deva that LARPs as an omnipotent God? I read that the Buddhist adepts who choose to stick around and help liberate others until the end of all suffering, are implicitly agreeing to stay here for eternity because the existence of suffering is eternal. Is this accurate?

I suspect that this evil deva (Mara/Baka/Whatever) that is obsessed with sensuality sometimes injures, kills off, or attempts to kill off storytellers (creators of sensuality) when it does not like the way their stories are going. Perhaps it has completely ceased to care about its own future well-being, but if anybody reading values their own well-being, then they should NOT cooperate with this evil deva whatsoever because they will most likely end up in hell if they do. Finally, much like The Holy Teacher's Chief Disciple at that time, The Lord Inquisitor is probably The Foremost Follower of The Holy Teacher currently, so that does not bode well for you, deva, considering all the evil actions you have taken against me. You were no match for The Chief Disciple and, as you have seen for yourself, you are no match for The Lord Inquisitor.
