Potential numbers for CRIT DMG% were unchanged.
BA5 base damage got very slightly nerfed.
Enhanced BA5 - I used BA5(e) here for it, but community will stick with EBA5 I think - damage was considerably nerfed.
The post-BA5 explosion you get per stack of guaranteed Fire Suppression got buffed.
Going back to my prior comparison, the current (i.e. unbuffed) Stun rotation with The Brimstone is roughly the following
>2xCA + 1xUltimate + 3xBA1234
<2530% + 4206.2% + 3513.9% = 10250.1% total MVs during the stun at Skill Level 12
The reasonably safe estimate for a post-buff rotation seems to be something like
>2xCA + 1xUltimate+ 4xBA4 + 1xBA123 + 3xBA5(e) + 18x[Fire Suppression Explosion]
last beta patch the multipliers were
<2530% + 4206.2% + 2726.8% + 489.6% + 3484.2% + 2003.4% = 15440.2%
now they are
<2530% + 4206.2% + 2726.8% + 489.6% + 2651.7% + 2995.2% = 15599.5%
A single EBA5 (with 6 Fire Suppression stacks in the tank) went from
<1161.4% + 667.8% = 1829.2%
to
<883.9% + 998.4% = 1882.3%
so, 2.5.4 was a
buff.
Additionally, the MVs for parry were finally revealed, and they are
dogshit
Don't spam parry, unless you're sure you'll land it.
Raw parry is slightly better than BA2 in terms of raw damage, but for all other stats (i.e. Daze, Energy, Decibels, Anomaly, Miasma) it's worse.
But it shorcuts to BA3 and unlocks BA5 (non-enhanced version) if you
do land the parry, so it's great if used properly.
The description was updated, now explicitly mentioning the shortcut (the mechanic was always there).
The mention of an increased interrupt level on a successful parry got removed, though. Might be just wording change, might be a nerf.
Increased interrupt is generally strong, as it can even bully arround bosses sometimes, so I wouldn't be surprised if they did remove it because the parry is completely free and spammable.
Might make chaining into BA3 difficult in some scenarios, but you can probably do something like BA3 > Dodge Counter > BA4 > BA5, so it's all good.
I wonder, if they'll add different MVs for successful and unsuccessful parries.
On one hand it would make sense for a successful parry to hit hard, on the other hand, there's already plenty of reward for landing one, with the whole BA345 follow-up thing.
The explicit clarification of the duration of Dodge Offset was added.
5 seconds is extremely generous.
