So he just said fuck it and kept the old septic tank solution which would have been fine and legal had he not gotten the other guy to officially ask for his terrain to be connected to the city sewers, from the moment he had that done he could be fined if he didn't do everything to connect himself to the city sewers, and when he realized that the city council gave him the runaround when he tried to cancel that demand (which he legally had the right to do). Then there's the part where his neighbor (the easement one) tried to sell him a piece of terrain but he couldn't afford it at the time and then after wards when he tried to buy it not only was the price increased for no real justification the neighbor decided to ghost the sale finalization so that fell flat. Only afterwards is the selling and rezoning bullshit happening and the sewers thing makes a comeback Everything afterwards can be perceived as a natural escalation from Heemeyer not bowing to the local bigwigs, and while you can make a reasonable argument that it was all unfortunate coincidences colored by his existing anti gov sentiment you certainly cannot exclude the idea that the locals decided to fuck with an outsider that didn't bow to them

The lewds in AA2 were subpar and had a lot of clipping problems, and I don't expect AA3 to be any different. Which I hope the other bits of AA3 are then improved. More behaviors, more interaction types, added personalities, etc. (I wouldn't mind a small personality list if they themselves had a lot to them.) They could do procedural animations with the 3d models, to make everything line up, but I don't think Illusion-sama is very good on the technical side of things.
