Just put 20 hours into this game, it's not just a good porn game but a good game in general, and yeah install CCMod to add pregnancy and change all humans to be black, there will be other races as well but watching Karryn get fucked by goblins, orcs and werewolves is just as good.
For anyone getting into to this game (and I highly recommend that you do) pick secretary difficulty and don't play like an idiot purposely trying to lose just to see some sex scenes, put yourself in Karryn's shoes and try to keep your pride (and virginity) for as long as you can, be tactical, don't be reckless, and just play the best that you can, those first few hours that you are desperately trying to hold on, when every new battle is super tense and filled with dread are some of the best experiences in any game that I've played, and then the inevitable happens, you lose and find yourself in a precarious spot which fuel new defeats, and it all snowballs from there, trying to claw back from that downward spiral is frustratingly fun in a weird way, and eventually you come to accept that from where you are now is easier to just give into it and become the truly depraved slut that Karryn is meant to be.
