maybe, but I would have expected that more from fans of vtubers who pander more to the GFE types
one of the things that I like about zen in particular and vshojo in general is that it does feel like they can hang out with with almost anybody, and I'd hate to see this community become as siloed-off and tribalistic as some vtuber groups are

the main difference to me is that fictional characters are solely the product of their authors' choices, so it is valid to critique their execution - doing this with real people is backseating relationships, which is far less justifiable and far more likely to turn ugly
that said, fans of fictonal characters who don't like their character development can be the most toxic people on the internet, so I think it's wise to discourage emulating even them
