It's a multi level marketing (MLM) thing. They sell you powders, protein shakes, vitamins, teas, etc., which are supposed to help you with your diet, to lose weight, or gain muscle if you're doing exercise, depending on your objectives. I think a few years ago some important sports people were brand ambassadors, like Cristiano Ronaldo.
As a consumer there's no scam, you just buy the product and that's it. However, as with all MLMs the idea is that they recruit ladies (housewives, boss babes) who are supposed to recruit other ladies, to buy product and resell it to their network, and there's bonuses tied to it.
