First of all, I really appreciate how quickly the board has become active again. Thank you to everyone who has contributed over the past few days and helped spread the word about its revival elsewhere. Now would be a good time to come up with some new banners that you guys think would be cool or funny for this place. Ideally they'd be completely new or from previous 8chan iterations, nothing against 4chan but I think it'd be good to give this space its own identity and this is a good opportunity to do that. Additionally, there is no custom image set up for the spoiler thumbnail. If you guys have any ideas or want to throw a few designs into the thread please go ahead. >>2953 >>2964 no offense and not trying to discourage you but these are kinda low quality, I think the banners should be a more memorable, cool or funny scene/screencap and not just a random screenshot with "/m/" slapped on it, maybe the ones you chose don't fit the banner format too well I mean it's a really wide aspect ratio after all, maybe if you took the scenes and made a short gif? I think the nadesico one has potential but it doesn't really show the gag that well sorry, just my two cents

>>4603 That's something I was going to ask once I learned a bit more about CSS, I don't mind this theme and I'm honestly not a fan of boards that go over the top with the changes but if you guys think of a color scheme that's easy on the eyes and looks cool I don't mind changing it. I have a file for the 4chanX "dark" mode but I don't want to force it upon the rest unless it's decided by a majority.
