Are there any units for Keter Sanctuary or Royal Paladin that can attack in the back row without Gramgrace's effect? Since you can't really boost with Alfred the center back row would serve only for the purposes a necessary weight for Alfred's effect.

So I played OG Vanguard and early EN Weiß like a hundred years ago. I'm a little bit interested in returning to Weiß maybe if it's not terrible now. I'd have to find a scene, though, which is difficult. I already do not have a LGS I can get to without an unreasonably long and dangerous drive. The only store I know of that does Bushiroad games is the second worst in the state, and I won't go back there. Does Vanguard still have comically hideous power creep? Around when Vanguard G came out with that Grade 4 Stride shit, literally all the decks I'd made became invalid, impossible to win with. Has Weiß had serious power creep at any point or is it still a pretty well balanced game? No matter what, though, no real way for me to find a game without moving. And I've never really left the area I was born in, so even though it's being destroyed, I'm not sure where to go... So please do clue me in on your local scenes a bit too. I will need to start traveling soon and seeing other places. Maybe I can check out some new game stores way outside of my wheelhouse.

In regards to power creep in the game it's not as bad as it was around Vanguard G but there are moments that show up like Stride Decks Chronojet and Messiah. Thankfully bushi realized the fucked up and toned it down for future encounter sets.
