I know this thread was created during the refugee crisis but I was hoping for a bit more discussion in here like how it was before 8chan died in 2019, though I'm not sure if the current state of Compile Heart's other recent games or the fact that we don't know anything about the next game beyond OP's second image has anything to do with it.
Speaking of the next game I'm surprised that nobody posted this yet, the end of Famitsu's article from late January had some questions related to that:

>>--What is the concept behind the development of the new numbered title for Neptunia?
>>Yasui: We are developing this as a numbered title that will be a "leap forward" for Neptunia!! This will be the first numbered title for Neptunia since Hyperdimension Neptunia VⅡ (Victory II) released in 2015. It's not like we didn't do anything during the time we were developing the spin-off titles, we were also working on the latest numbered title in parallel. We want to use the development know-how we've gained from spin-off titles to improve the quality of the game!
>>--How much progress is being made on the development... When do you think Neptunia fans will be able to see it?
>>Yasui: We've had Tsunako join us for about 3-4 years now, and we've been building a story plan that continues from the previous numbered titles while revisiting the worldview of Neptunia. We are currently in the stage of full-scale development of the game, and of course Neptune and the other four goddesses will appear, and the content is packed with new developments. We are working hard to announce the numbered title sometime this year, so please look forward to the official announcement.
Though sadly there wasn't a teaser illustration for the new Nep unlike what the Gematsu article in the OP mentioned and I'm not sure if anyone scanned the magazine to confirm it as well.
