Finally fixed Sourcemod for my TF2C server so now custom player models and other features like ubercharge spawn protection and sniper lasers work.

Did some cleanup on my TF2 servers to remove unnecessary or broken downloads so they should be much, much quicker to connect to now since you don't have to download all the assets for the Mercenary and Civilian classes since they've been broken for nearly two years now if not longer.

Speaking of AoS I removed the Penthouse map cuz it causes players to die perpetually when spawning due to a kill barrier established outside a certain perimeter. I think it was intended for some mode other than CTF.
