That reminded me I made a couple this year and posted them in a thead that's now dead I think.
Anyone watching
>>1787641 Is is going on?
>>1787743 There was a Nioh 3 panel already with some gameplay and stuff
>>1787749 The OP really needs to be updated. And pinned. >Nioh 3 Any change from the last demo? Still open world and the ninja-samurai switching thing?
>>1787813 It seemed the same to me i caught it at the end so i didn't see much, i'm going to watch the announcements i lost and see if i missed some new game
There was also a new gungrave i think?
>>1787883 >It seemed the same to me Yeah that's basically what I expected. Regardless of whether companies call these tings alphas or betas, the demos are pretty much the release version of their product. Combined with the fact that the release is gong to be Feburary 2026 I don't expect a dramatic change from back in June. A shame I guess I'll have to skip this one. I adored the first Nioh.
>>1788050 You should watch it, i only played the first Nioh so i'm not really a good judge https://yewtu.be/watch?v=QHyN4ax2G24

Oh look, another game to not buy because of tranny shit. They even put it under 性別, showing they know people hate it but did it anyways to appeal to troons.
>>1788669 Pay for that type 1 and 2 bro
>>1788669 >Inazuma Eleven is a shonen series >other games and media are usually rated E10+ at the highest >tranny ambiguous gender nonsense that demonizes the idea of male and female is present in this upcoming game Truly vile that this kind of thing is being pushed considering the game's audience. Whether the Japanese devs behind it are fully aware of what they are doing or not.
>>1788057 >>1788061 I watched a few minutes and yeah it still has all the stuff I hate. Looks like from looking at the steam page it's going expensive too. I think this is a going to have flop pre-baked in.
>>1754978 I wish I could agree with out, but I've seen unthinking slop-eaters and contrarians defending FF7R's sequel-in-disguise crap, and it's not flopping in sales as far as I can tell.
>>1789476 I don't think its doing well, every company say their products is doing wel
>>1789476 They near explicitly said the sales weren't enough. They said they were only "satisfied" with the sales numbers, but couldn't afford to keep in PS exclusive and needed PC . That says to me the budget was retarderly high and they only got above break even, not making enough money to justify it.
>>1789699 The problem with SE is that they think and act like this is old days of the SNES, PS1, PS2 eras where they were seen as the top dogs in the field of JRPG's and big budget production value games that pushed graphics to at that point never seen before levels. Problem is, back then, people were buying games as devs back then were constantly one upping one another, SE included, but nowdays graphics and game play especially have stagnated, and while there are more people than ever playing games, that does not mean they are playing YOUR games. SE still thinks and acts like they are top dogs in the industry when they have not been so for at least 20 years now. They are pissing away vastly more money than they are earning back chasing a dragon that has long since moved beyond them. I am honestly shocked they are still around considering the absolute blunders they have subjected themselves to in the past decade.
>>1791507 I was expecting the selling off of western studios and the restructuring of the company to help unfuck the company somewhat. But nope, it's somehow gotten even worse.
>>1791507 >(Square) games that pushed graphics to at that point never seen before levels. I never understood this. Final Fantasy VII looks like shit compared to other games released in 1997, or even earlier. A bunch of blocky legos that make Mario 64 look photorealistic. I'm convinced that people holding up games like theirs is the reason people say PS1 era graphics haven't aged well. You can compare it to games like Crash Bandicoot 2, same year, same hardware, and that game still looks great today. Even earlier, FFVI did some neat effects to try to emulate 3D. It came out over a year after Star Fox. It doesn't even go far beyond effects Castlevania IV did, and that was almost four years earlier. It's not even like the NES entries were blowing away things like Mario 3 or Kirby.
>>1791704 Anon, they sold the western branch, just to get money and invest them into NFT games(vid related). There was no hope. >>1792030 >Final Fantasy VII looks like shit compared to other games released in 1997 Maybe, but at the same time you have FF VIII and IX that were also released on the Playstation, they definitely improved in the graphic's department, though for some reason they did voice acting with these 3 games, even though there were other JRPGs that had partial voice acting during that era. VII's development was also a bit of a shitshow, with Xenogears at one point being considered to be FF VII, only for it's budget to be cut in half mid-development, to work on what would later become VII.
Looks like a live demo showcase for the new 007 game took place at TGS. Can see a glimpse of the main menu. I don't like the OFFLINE indicator at the bottom right, if they're going to do this like in HITMAN then I'm simply not going to bother with the game. source: https://www.gamespark.jp/article/2025/09/27/157763.html
Anything good from Titty Gulping Sluts this year? I usually only pay attention with the wrapups.
>>1794094 Obviously they're going to do exactly what they did with Hitman. Log in or you get nothing but a starter sandbox and can never unlock anything or have a score.
So, today's the last day huh. Did ATLUS show anything new about P4R yet? Any chance they'll do it today?
>>1795424 >Any chance they'll do it today? It's very clear it's super early and they didn't even want to show it off yet. Microshit just begged them to give them something, anything for their crap direct back in June.
>>1794094 From what I hear, this game is mechanically similar to the recent set of Hitman games, just with driving mechanics and slightly better shooting.
They announced the expected launch date for outward 2, which was the only thing I was looking forward to, really. Nothing else in the show interested me at all.
>>1797693 Wasn't' this the survival ARPG? It didn't review well but niche RPGs always have an audience, see Spiders and Piranha Bytes (RIP)
>>1797923 ARPG in the sense of describing a diablo-like? No, not at all, it has nothing to do with that. Some would describe the first one as to be a souls-like but it doesn't feel like that at all for me (the game has a lock-on, you can dodge roll, and you're incentivized to attack after the enemy attacks? It must be a souls like! Just like all 3D zeldas which have the exact same thing since... forever but aren't souls likes, somehow), but the survival aspect is true. It's janky as hell and the first one is sincerely a super flawed game from many technical standpoints, but it's made with love and it's unique so I like it. Definitely not for everybody.
>>1797923 >>1797945 Even as someone with a very high tolerance for jank, this game was too janky for me. It's that jank.
>>1797923 Outward is a Kenshi Like
>>1791507 >I am honestly shocked they are still around considering the absolute blunders they have subjected themselves to in the past decade. Anon, you forget that SE is SO MUCH MORE than just video games. Remember light novels, manga, and anime series like Full Metal Alchemist, Soul Eater, Durarara, Akame ga Kill!, Black Butler, Space Dandy, Cinderella Girls, Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun, Watamote? Yeah, SquarEnix owns that shit It's all operated through their Gangan Comics imprint.
