Given the constant shuffling, re-shuffling & restructuring SEGA's been doing over the last several years I kinda doubt it, but I wouldn't put it past them to attempt something. No way we get something like the original Chao Garden if they really did lose the source code for it, but I can see them doing a Chao app or something.
