Good to know. So they'll serve my purposes rather well then, at least as far as I've worked thins out so far.
My current plan('s preliminary stages) involves entering the old World of Darkness setting via OWoD Mortals, and then using Cythron time-tunneling to transport myself back to around 1310 AD. There I'd fight and imprison Huitzilopochtli (the vampire, not the icon-god) along with the entities named Tezcatlipoca and Tláloc, for study, and take the nascent Aztec Triple Alliance under my control. I'd then use further time-tunneling to bring my new subjects back to the same geographic locales, but all the way back in 3,000 BC. I'd also make return trips for the Mayans.
Once they've been brought back to the past, I'll naturally instruct the Mexica to rebuild the three great cities of their people in their new present, which will keep them busy for a while. While they're occupied with that, I'll fly over to Cuba and Hispaniola, take some of the people of the earlier Neolithic cultures of those regions and and go to town on them. The ones who are good in my sight will be given ideal forms. Beautiful visages, effectively indefinite natural lifespans, the healing of a Garou, powerful if hideous war-forms, access to glamour magics, underwater breathing and resistance to pressure, and powerful psionic abilities, along with any benefits of Formorian nature I'm not recalling offhand. The ones who are not pleasing to me, will be turned into normal Formorians. Naturally the pretty ones will be the ruling-caste while the ugly ones will be the commoners.
I'd seed the Formorians around the Caribbean Sea, the general Atlantic Coast, and the Great Lakes. Their purpose for the next 4,000 years, simply put, is to be fruitful, multiply, and prepare for a great war in which they might earn ascension from their wretched state. In the meantime, they'd be responsible for guarding the people of the islands and the coast, and to cull agents of both the Wyrm and Weaver.
With that settled, I'd spend a few years getting the Mexica up to shape, making sure they're established properly. I'd elevate the most promising among them to the status of divinities (Investiture of the Gods) and reformulate the Mexica religion to foster the growth and strengthening of those divinities by both worshiping them but also giving them opportunities to accumulate merit. I'd also give several nobles the status of Dead Apostles by drinking their blood, charging them with honing themselves against the Garou dwelling in the north and any Cainites who might find their way to the Americas.
Also, use [Feathers of God] to make a few hundred Cyth to keep an eye on things from an extra-temporal pocket-plane I'd make for them, along with a mini-Cromm Crúaich to keep them fed. They'd also be responsible to stockpiling weapons to eventually distribute to the Formorian invasion force.
Then let it all sit like that for 3,000 years so when I go to Dark Medieval, I can drop an army of two million Formori supplemented by Dead Apostles and Cythron bio-constructs on Medieval Europe, North Africa, and the Near East. Wipe the slate clean of the Cainites, the Garou, the Church, and the Banes alike.

Please stop bringing my daughter into this. Her therapist is having a hard enough time as is.
