Maybe a dedicated tax plot is the way to go, like a Forest plot with 28 wealthy Eyth residents for both Faith and Wealth tax, and some passive farming on top of it. A tree farm on the side could be nice since trees barely use any fertility. Then I could ditch all tax policies in my main base and focus on vendor/visitor policies instead.

Noa should just make seeds level up once for every 10 farming levels instead of this dumb 10 level increment bloat, there's literally no point in having all these extra seed levels.

So is a blueberry farm basically the endgame in terms of money making? I'm getting around 500k oren every harvest with +2 soil farmers. A King's Bed will get them to +3 or +4 I'm assuming, and I still haven't maxed out the base Soil skill. Can probably push 1 mil per manual harvest once everything is set up.
