Today I want to talk about Ako's hair. Ako's hair is short and curly, only going down to her neck with her bangs going down to her chest. Her hair has lighter blue ends to it- I don't think she'd dye her hair, but for some reason it doesn't feel quite like the power of the Mystic. Maybe Ako's just very stressed out? Her hair definitely feels like it's on someone who lives a stressful life with its relative lack of order. She wears a dark blue headband with a sharp red cloth pointing up, almost like a feather- a feather in her cap? Her hairband also has an end to it with a lighter blue tip. To be honest, her entire design feels like she's stressed, with her left hand having a chain bracelet while also holding onto her papers, and her neck having the cowbell. ALong with her memolobby, it feels really weird, like she has an almost blinding loyalty to people who she respects or trusts and are her superior, to where she would probably do some interesting things if asked. Ako is nothing if not consistent, though- her dress outfit follows the same design, with her lighter white almost looking like they're turning gray... Credit where it's due, she did brush her hair, but it's been rebellious for so long that it still chooses to be wild and free. She wears a thinner, metal headband now, which works pretty well, and she looks surprisingly normal. She seems like she wants to enjoy a party, and looks genuinely sociable as opposed to her normal look which feels like she might snap from work at any given moment. Ako also has an operator outfit, and it's pretty cute how her hair's getting in her eyes- she might be used to the politics of her station, but this is truly something else. She still wears her cuff, almost like a sentimental trinket- her loyalty is truly unwavering, and it doesn't matter what comes her way. Ako's hair definitely smells like coffee beans. This is one where I have no doubt on it, but she probably picks a nice, destressing scent for her hair, probably for herself so she doesn't lose her mind. Maybe Jasmine and Lavender?
