Today I want to talk about Shiroko's hair. Yes, the day has finally come where I talk about the other Shiroko's hair. She has long hair thatgoes down to her upper thighs, but it always manages to catch a breeze, even when there is none. Her hair is wavy, the same as it ever was, and yet, there are differences. Her ears point more forward, and her hair is more seperated, each bit being one its lonesome. The most notable of these would be her ahoge, which is entirely new. Her hairclip is different, too- as opposed to normally being slightly off center, like a twinkling star, it's now much further off center, like a sword, or a cross. Perhaps it is an homage to St. Peter's cross? Finally, she has bangs on her right, as opposed to no bangs. It is possible that this is meant to hide her eye, possibly to not reveal her strength, or also to possibly hide a potential weakness. Or perhaps it's not meant to see. Something that caused more pain than happiness. Something that changed the world. A responsibility that she felt she had to suffer... Even if that is not her burden to bear.
Her hair may be longer, but it is well cared for. It may have seen things that are now lost to time, like tears in the rain, but it is healthy after everything. It's a symbol for who she can be, as opposed to who she was. I also wouldn't be surprised if she would show her hair off to the other Shiroko to imply that she is the better of the two. Even so, her hair doesn't really have any particular scent- probably so she can both more effectively scout banks, but also because she probably doesn't concern herself too much over that. But it has a subtle, nice scent...
