If the bears survive because I didn't crit hard enough, and they get targetted by a Basic skill, there's only so much I can do to prevent that.
>I think you are talking about the bombs in P2, maybe? The bombs target the closest students
>Reposition skills are not rng.
Pick at most one, but not both.
This "reposition" at the very beginning of P2 should be pixel-perfect, because it's the game doing it, not me. But the bomb targetting is inconsistent. Either the bombs have randomness in who they target, given the exact same positions, or repositioning has RNG so that the exact same conditions leave students moving to different positions.
If the bomb targetting were deterministic, and repositioning were also deterministic, then it would be impossible for the bombs to target Wakamo and Hoshino differently in these two runs.
>That's also on you.
Technically, yes. But it is very difficult and counter-intuitive to deal with the animation queue, where sometimes using one skill later in run A than run B will actually cause the next to trigger earlier in A than B, depending on exactly how it all lines up with her AA animations. There are situations where Wakamo can have significantly less than 25 seconds between her Basic casts, and even though I do watch the clock and say "okay, it fired at 2:35, so I need to be ready for the next one at 2:12 to be safe", there are still times when her Basic is early and gets cancelled.
The same thing can happen with, for example, Mine during Greg, where the 10 second delay between EX and Basic can, in practice, be anywhere from 8 to 13 seconds depending on timing. but since that's EX-triggered like Kuroko, it's easier to control than Wakamo.
