Summer is just a week away, which means it's a good day to talk about Nagisa and her hair. Nagisa has straight hair that goes down to her seat.
Right where her thighs begin, to be more exact. The matter of colour is complicated, to put it lightly. Seia's hair is a brilliant blonde... But Akane's hair color is very similar to Nagisa. I started to analyze her hair, then realized this is a dumb thing to do for what's evidently ash blonde hair. Nagisa wears her hair in a braid in the location where a hairband would typically be expected, a slim piece that likely doesn't remove a noticeable amount from her hair. Within that braid, she has some flowers in her hair, on her left. I'm pretty sure these are lilies, or at least a close thing to them. The one higher on her head is a light pink, similar in color to her halo, and is smaller than the white one, a prominent piece. The leaves underneath makes it give a royal look, as though it's some form of laurel wreath. Not a hair stands out, the entire style carefully cultivated and impressively symmetrical.
Nagisa's beach outfit has her hair put in a ponytail, which is pretty thick (but about what would be expected for how much hair she has). She ties it together with her hair, but the manner in which is definitely a novel approach. If I'm not mistaken, she has a braid going from her ears to her ponytail, which means it's plausible she's put her ponytail in her braid, or at least has the braid very close to the ponytail, or there's some method near the ponytail to end the braid so it's two braids that go up to her ponytail. The impressively complex braid aside, Nagisa's hair has a lot more of a natural and asymmetrical look to it, giving off a cool, refined vibe.
I'd like to quickly touch on Nagisa's outfit and how
we were robbed of her REALLY tight leggings sitting on her dress, showing some nice curvature her hair's subtle color helps compliment her outfit. First, her sleeves are very similar to Seia's in how the cuffs "flower" out, and they even have a little black ribbon indicating where the cuff starts. Second is her harness, showing that even the students that would look the most like they're pampered and sheltered, unable to fire a gun, are no strangers to Kivotos customs, letting her get to her gun for easy use. It's a very subtle, yet powerful article of clothing. It's very Blue Archive.
Nagisa's hair routine is the sort of thing I can only dream of, leading to her hair possibly being the fairest of the land, though it is certainly a tough competition. Her summer outfit exemplifies that she's smart enough to recognize when it'd be impractical to maintain such a hairstyle, and her ability to braid her hair (I refuse to believe she didn't have help with it, but it's possible...) is nothing short of extraordinary. To her, it's Wednesday. Regarding how it smells, she probably has multiple different scents for the occasion, though I'm pretty sure her favorite is the ones that smell of tea.
