Reposting from /v/, I'm trying to figure shit out here on the site: 4chan refugee, don't know where to go, don't know what to do. Before the site died, I installed XP on an ancient PC I had lying around for the purposes of making it into pre-Vista gaming rig, strictly offline, of course. Much of my library fits the 98 and XP era, and I managed to get some games installed with GOG's offline installers. The reason why I'm bothering to make this thread, is that I want to know what source port and/or emulator is available to use, that's still compatible with XP. I don't expect much, already have ePSXe, Project64, and DosBox installed, just need to find what fits best. Another thing, I'm not holding my breath on it, is finding out how I can get some of my Steam games working. I heard of Goldberg Emulator, bit I never used anything like it. Don't really want to rely on One Core API for everything. Also, didn't think of it before, but is there a chance the N64 decomp ports would work?
