Legitimately scary to face against if you master her. She's not a joke character that just has bad moves all around like Cirno, she has extremely strong tools to confuse and bamboozle your opponent due to vertical teleportation, infinite flight in any direction as long as you have orbs to support it and very strong zoning tools that either bounce, are slow and heavy hitting or have extremely high priority, plus an easy corner infinite with potential to high orb damage mixup with her air to ground close range melee just by tapping A in a certain way. On top of all this she has very high damaging spellcards per card cost and even a healing super that is actually not terrible and may anger your opponent even more than your insane mobility options.
However, learning her is a steep curve, although not an outright wall like Alice, it is certainly a character that needs quite a bit of practice to learn to utilize properly. Air dashing should be handled by tapping D instead of holding it and using 66/44 for commiting to fast maneouvres. Key moves to learn would probably be j.8A, 2A, 3A, j.6/2B and its charged version, j.6C, j.2C and her default 22B/C special. Her default specials are all good for any matchup that doesn't involve characters that can beat your j.6C water spray, otherwise I recommend Ancient Jade 236 and Ms Longlimbs 623. Oh also, you can cancel your set-distance underground dashes into certain moves and specials and some even combo into going back underground or coming out of it in certain ways. You're mostly invulnerable while underground and contineously grazing if you hold the dash button, but there are parts which can be punished in melee.
tl;dr she is funny frog and deletes people with popup tree and water. Don't get hit and opponent will likely dieded. Spend card to take it easy with a nap or to eat opp with snek.
