Well, I was preparing lunch and eating, so now I can answer.
I'll try to explain in depth the first matchup so you can understand the logic in pvp instead of just saying, "Put Hoshino in front of Kuroko," and things like that.
In the first match, since your opponent is using A1 Reisa, you don't want to use Iori since it's even less than a coin flip who kills whom first (since if both happen at the same time, Reisa is faster than Iori).
Using Kuroko to kill Reisa is actually not a bad idea, but your opponent is using D3 Kuroko D4 Marina so you really want to use A3 Kuroko. A3 Kuroko will attack D3 Kuroko until she dies or until D4 Marina uses her Ex. Also, since Kuroko is up there, you want to use D4 Hoshino to tank her. She will also be tanking Ayane when she is summoned, but you have to choose if you want to be strong against Kuroko and weak against Ayane or the opposite. Usually it is better to care more for Kuroko since your opponent may or may not summon Ayane on time.
Anyway, to kill Reisa, your safest and free option is probably Sumire. She is tanky enough to not die to Reisa.
As for your special, you don't really need a yellow special since Reisa is not tanky enough + Sumire will also be doing work. That means that your special should be either Hibiki or Nagisa to help kill Reisa while also being really good against Shun and Marina. Personally I think Hibiki is better, but if you have UE50/60 Nagisa, you are free to use her. Also, I think Nagisa first Ex will instantly kill Shun.
On D2 you want to use a Red armor tank who will be good against Reisa, Marina and Ayane. Both Marina and Haruka are good. I think if Shun takes cover and Haruka uses her Ex on Reisa, she can kill Shun by accident. But well, even so, I think Marina still has the edge.
I can't belive I almost wrote an essay about one pvp match, but yeah...I'd use Sumire/Marina(or Haruka)/Kuroko/Hoshino/Hibiki(or Nagisa)/S.Shiroko

This is probably one of the most used defenses, and I've seen others posting more counters, like Kuroko/Hoshino//Marina(or Haruka)/Iori(or Junko)/Nagisa/S.Shiroko
but idk. Personally I wouldn't use Iori since I think she gets hit by Hoshino if she is one of the first skills. At least Junko won't die if that happens.

Fifth: Idk how the Akane team works against Hoshino Shun swap, but the others should work the same?
