Shigure has the most beautiful eyes in the game hands down. Millennium is packed with weird shapes and white pupils. As an example, Rio and Himari have nearly robotic pupils. Gehenna sports a lot of demonic traits, but Iroha's are definitely my favorite there. Then there's this Saori L2D. Notice how her eyes are bright. Blue Archive's art direction is just incredible.
