Ok listen I took the time while 4chan was down to theorize autistically about this game and let me tell you what I came up with: The first chapter contains themes of food, particularly people, or entities being eaten... And birth The first thing Froggy says to ENA is that she's "late", and we then find out that the boss isn't even born yet by the receptionist who also, in the same sentence, tells ENA she is late, as if the two are correlated The next thing Froggy tells ENA is that we have to "Aim for the boss' gut" and "Put that dead meat in his place" What ENA is 'late' for must therefor be the death of the old genie of Horse Door, plans have already been made to inaugurate a new one and the old one must be fetched and cooked The Shaman, when sending ENA on her journey, tells her she will "-Begin life anew", but that doesn't necessarily have to refer to her own life I think ENA's work mission is to first facilitate the birth of the boss, who is gestating somewhere, sleeping and dreaming, while she throws a BBQ to cook the dead body of the previous genie, and then feed it to him so that he may grow and fully become the new boss If this theme follows, then the order of the doors probably also reflects the order in which food is consumed, but in reverse The Lonely Door represents consumption and expulsion of the food, the journey from searching to be eaten, to ending up in the bathroom, with the bathroom being represented as somewhere one goes alone both in the simple physical practice of using the toilet, as well as the spiritual theme of finding forgiveness and rebirth The next door will therefor be the crowd door- The cooking and setting of the table, naturally the door fitting with the theme of cooking being the central motif of the game would also be the door suited for Pietro the Genie, who has been spoken of a lot and is said to have "deviant tastes", likely his whole dimension is themed after large gatherings and banquets The third door, the Horse Door, will be where we find the meat itself, and so it is fittingly represented by a wild animal and the theme of 'fetching the meat' to cook, the hunt The poster character, the clown, may not be Pietro, but rather this old dead genie whose meat is being cooked, as in any BBQ, the star of the show is the food itself In the end of this backwards process ENA will have what she needs to nurse an unborn boss to life Disclaimer: Pic rel

ENA's greatest theme is regret, which also tells us a little bit about how the beings in this world work she is constantly acting out in ways she regrets later, her sides aren't separated into happy vs sad, they're separated into emotionally controlled vs overemotional, and the overemotional side is constantly doing things that the more controlled side apologized for, she is fully herself when she acts in either way and that's why she feels the need to apologize and regrets her actions later, and why she never expresses the notion that her sides are separate, she is wholly responsible for her own actions and she knows it but she just can't help herself at times she doesn't care if you call her a scammer because that's to do with her business and she clearly loves her work in earnest, she doesn't care if you call all ENA terrible because that's just an aspect of her inherent nature, she doesn't mind anything you say, no matter how rude you are to her or what your preconceived notions of her are, she never once had a melty up until she was reminded of something she HERSELF did, whatever pic rel represents- not something someone is accusing her of based on her reputation, not something that's affiliated with her work, but something she did personally in her own past, only THEN does she finally freak out, because that's something she actually regrets, something she presumably did in an overemotional outburst that she now has to live with the consequences of the whole theme of a hangover is also directly correlated with regret, note than ENA never drank or did drugs, we never saw her partaking in any of the activities that would lead to the hangover because THOSE aren't the focus, just the aftermath, her story is themed around regret and because her character is correlated with regret is also why she can't be forgiven, not because of WHAT she did, but because she as an entity is the symbolism OF regret, it's not a metaphor, it's what she is, a being representing regret, and it cannot be removed from her because that's what makes her what she is it's also why Frank can't be forgiven, he is Frank the UNFORGIVEN, without that, what is he? the state of being of the entities in this world is nonphysical, so it hinges entirely on ideas, the only way you can destroy them is destroying the ideas they are built around

I'm extremely disappointed that there's only one style of gameplay. There should have been sections that switched to different styles from old PC games like Wolfenstein-like shooters, fixed-camera dungeon crawlers, third-person isometric, 2D, etc. Instead it's just basic 3D first-person Unity gameplay.
