It's closer to a transient energy which is created when they have fun with others in Alicepia (I don't even think it needs to be exclusively Alicepia, but it's simply easy to build up Museessence there since it's an exciting place for them). Nacchi is like a battery that was 100%, got reduced to 0%, but then went back up to 95%, but it isn't like she can't recover back to 100% again, they make this clear. Even if you look back in like episode 2, it's all about Minamo and Nacchi helping each other, inspiring each other, episode 3 is about Kagari being willing to take the burden alone before Minamo established that yes, even a Princess can "receive" from others (after all Minamo experienced that first hand with Nacchi). It's just my theory but I think Museessence is already an energy that naturally bounces around from person to person, getting bigger like a snowball. It's a thing between fansXfans, but also fansXmuses. People got Mueseessence from going to a Kagari live (ep1) and something similar should happen to those who happen to see the princesses, the princesses aren't just ""stealing"" Museessence via the Song Fragments (which isn't the case, it wasn't their choice to summon Jammerwocks) but they're generating more Museessence simply by doing the hard work of protecting others. This episode did stumble over some of the pitfalls that I figured might crop up when combining battle songs with a standard MotW format and mandatory toy shilling. Felt a bit awkward to have Zeal's whole henshin only to immediately switch to a different song for the short version of Ripple's and the fight itself. And while I'm familiar with the concept of "implied singing" from Symphogear, without that in mind it looks pretty odd to have Zeal apparently fight just fine without singing when last episode and even this one emphasized Princesses can't really do that. Still, was a good relationship building episode. It's nice to see that between the umbrella and the dress, magical props seem to be a fixed part of the transformations, hope Meteor gets a good one as well.
