I'm on the edge of buying the Zulus NV scope for my G3. I've used a thermal before, but it was ass quality with garbage refresh rate and that was already $1000+. Kinda feels like this is the better option. With where I hunt, I'm not shooting beyond 150 yds anyways.

I'm still in college, but finally saved up for an AGM Rattler V2 35-640 that I bought about a year ago. Absolutely game changing going from just hunting in the day. The 640 is worth it even with the relatively short sightlines in South East Texas as you are able to positively ID hogs over deer or other animals. I would recommend saving up as it is worth it.

>>14110 Thermal tech like any digital technology improves exponentially. In 10 years what we have today will be "shitty" compared to what is available. The truth is that even lower tier thermals are decent out to 200 yards. AGM's lowest tier thermal can be found for sub $900 sometimes. One of my buddies has it and unless its past 300 or you are really trying hard, it is basically idential to mine. The V2 line has a good refresh rate of 50hz while the Zulus are even better at 60hz from their spec page online. I have no hands on experience with them, but Mullets, Mountains, America has reviewed some of DNT's products. I was pretty impressed with their performance.
