Of course not, firstly your scheme doesn't work due to physics. If a boat is dragging them, they will all fold behind the boat. You'd need some rigid platform to attach the planes to. Secondly, the waves will destroy your planes you manchild.

>>13967 why bother though? If you need planes in the middle of the ocean take a carrier, this setup isn't gonna work and if you need them close to the coast, just have them take off from the land, getting rid of those floating docks that have horrible aerodynamics.
