Well, training an attack dog is dangerous because one day it might attack the neighbour and then you got a pproblem.

Teach her how to heel, stay, sit, lay down, etc. Get plenty of exercise, go on two walks a day if you can. Dog parks are good too, socialize the dog with other dogs and other people. Make it apparent that if you are friendly with someone or something, the dog is expected to be friendly as well. Get a few tennis balls and throw them, see if the dog will chase them. Feed her, walk her, let her outside, and play with her at the exact same time every day to establish a schedule. An exercised dog is a happy dog and a dog that will take to training better.
