You can't wait for artists to just draw her. As far as art to stem from this board goes, I'm still struggling to wrap my head around how Lila got so much. Like 5% of the requests in the drawthread or other threads ever get done, but Lila alone has tickle art in the double digits. Some of it's done by artists I've never seen do anything else on the board, and some of it's done by well-known artists I didn't think knew the board existed. They all came from out of the blue to draw Lila. But I doubt most of these people are gonna want to draw her again, and I doubt anyone who hasn't already drawn her is gonna draw her. There's characters who have 0 art, most artists are gonna wanna spend time tackling that or paid work instead of making the 27th Lila tickle drawing.
If you want to see more Lila the board has to be more active. She is a mascot so the biggest thing that can be done is to create events that she could be the mascot of. Contests, giant collabs, anything that yields tickle art throughout or at certain points. And in-between you get doodles or comics of Lila tickling, being tickled, or just being cute. Ultimately it'd take someone with a lot of connections, planning ability, and time to waste on this for events like that to be started to begin with. You'd also need a lot of volunteers, artists of decent caliber, who have the time and energy to participate (And it's time and energy probably better spent on commissions). It's the only way I see more Lila Art, but unless lurking artists wanna come from nowhere and take interest in board prompts and activities (And taking part in the end is a whole different beast), then it's a pipe dream.
Lila is the personification of TKR. When the board thrives, Lila thrives. When the Board is dry, she is too.
