The silver lining about knowing you're unlovable and knowing why you're unlovable is that you can start working on the reasons why you're unlovable and eventually fix or overcome them.
>fat, balding, ugly
Start exercising and washing yourself. Even if you have ugly facial features put together, it won't look as bad if you have an okay body and your face isn't riddled with acne scars. Though for that you may want to pay a visit to a dermatologist. As for hair, you can always just go bald and rock it.
>no confidence
This is one of those cases where you just fake it 'til you make it. Or you start changing yourself so you can draw confidence from what you are or what you have.
>dumb
Study. Read. Learn a handful of skills, even household ones would do. Learn enough to know to troubleshoot a car or your house's plumbing or electric lines fucking up even if you don't invest in tools where at that point you're better off leaving it to professionals.
>social status, money
Wealth made fast is wealth lost fast. There's no shame in working low-paying honest work. Manage your finances by cutting out what you really don't need, be it junk food or a Spotify or Netflix subscription. Once you've saved up enough or found a better job or earn better then you can slowly re-acquire what you lost. If you do win the lottery, be discreet about it and don't go on spending sprees or announcing that you won the lottery.
Recognizing your faults is a good first step, but you have to take the next steps to fix them.
