Also, If you're going to draw huge breasts, I think it's better to draw them after the torso is well constructed.

Regardless, 1 solid point I can say is that feet have an overall wedge shape. If you make em too skinny they start to resemble a dog leg. For exaggerations we're on shakier ground, but here's some opinions. The body needs curves in the right places when attempting to accentuate the sexy lines of a woman through dem hips, thighs, waist, etc. Exaggerated "anime" head could be a bit bigger & a slender neck+shoulders helps make that work better IMO. If you want big anime tiddies you can push it a little farther by plumping em up & mashing em together. That's just my thoughts on it. My advice is probably bad.

As for the curves, I was trying to go more for a curvy-woman-from-a-PG-13-cartoon vibe rather than a anime/hentai one. I wanted to accentuate her slenderness a bit, along with a bit of extra tiddy. >feet I guess a problem with me is that I don't consult references enough while drawing and instead try to construct parts entirely from memory. Take the feet for example. The 'wedgedness' of them is kind of subtle, at least to me, because of which I over-correct in fear of making them look like stumps. They needed to be much bigger too. I'll need to make using references a habit. >hips They look great. A small pet peeve of mine however is that they often look boxy rather than with smooth curves. In fact, this is visible in both real women and drawings, where I am able to percieve curves when looking at the figure as a whole, and then when I look closer I would notice the hips are actually just a flat line. not saying that it's bad either way, but it's something that's stuck in my head. I guess the thigh and butt fat do most of the heavy lifting for making them look round. Anyways, thanks for the reference and corrections/suggestions. Really helpful.

Originally he was gonna have wheel feet and a polearm, but polearms dont feel very "starter form" but I didn't want to give him a sword and gun ior something simple like that, so I decided to make take the wheelfeet hes already got and just expand that to his whole asthetic. Also I wanted his default form to be loosely based off of ghe chinese mythological hero nezha, and hes typically depicted with a polearm, but he also has something called the Universe Ring, so I decided to go more in that direction. I'm trying to draw more so I can more rapidly iterate on this form and all the other bs I'm trying to draw so any advice you have I'm open to it.
