There were a handful of porn threads, probably more than some anons would want, but it was still only a few. And even they were more orderly; anons would just share pics and make comments every now and then. No forced shitposting or arguments. Besides that, there were a lot of older threads from when the board was first made that weren't getting used and were gradually getting bumped off. It was a great place for vidya threads that maybe didn't fit the standards of /v/ but weren't complete shitposts. For example, we used to have a tier list thread as well as a vidya cosplay thread. And while it was never as busy as /v/, sometimes conversations happened. Then there were ones that had slightly less effort put into them, but still had potential, like confession threads, an e celeb thread, a hypothetical Trump game collection, and a thread where you pretended it was 2012 and posted memes from that time. Check out this archive of the catalog from earlier this month, right before refugees started posting:

You might have also heard that this board was initially made as a containment ground for a potential increase of halfchan anons who might migrate here due to censorship regarding Sweet Baby Inc. And while there were a few threads that had that typical halfchan feel, that migration didn't really happen. At least, not to a significant degree.

>Sadly most of our old threads like that are now gone.
Ironically, most of the old threads that survive are porn threads.
