Rodents tend to be pretty small diameter-wise, some photos and even videos of males getting frisky with people can be found; they're really long and pretty thin, probably no bigger than your thumb, so it's probably possible if the female was 100% willing, which is not a big ask if they act like other rodents when in heat and stimulated.
