As the pandemic ended and viewership declined. Vtubers realized they needed drama to keep viewers hooked into the scene and so began a series of Permanent Revolutions that have continued and will continue in vtubing in perpetuity. First Nijisanji has a bunch of scandals. Then Hololive has a series of graduations. Then Sinder dockeys hit the Indie Scene. Now Vshojo explodes. The same viewers who sided with vshojo against niji now side against vshojo with indies. The same vtubers who were victims, then, were saved, are once again victims, and they will be saved again. This is no coincidence, these are the hallmarks of Permanent Revolution and it is deliberate. Corpo A competes against Corpo B. Corpo B slowly leaks its oppressive practices. This causes the viewers to become outraged. Finally the talents rebel and redebut elsewhere. It is cathartic and yet fake. Corpo A simply funded Corpo B. Corpo A then competed against Corpo B because it is easier to compete against a shell corpo that you yourself created. Holo graduates Kson. Holo plants Kson into Vshojo. Vshojo goes boom. Holo graduates Nimi. Holo plants Nimi into the indie scene. The indie scene goes boom. Holo destroyed trust in the JP indie market the same way with agent Mikeneko Nij JP and EN went backrupt along time ago. They are only propped up by Holo to instigate “Revolutions.” The dominant has no real enemies. He simply creates fake ones to maintain his power. This is how it is for people, for corpos, for countries

Recently I've noticed there's some dedicated Fallout New Vegas vtubers. There's always going to be trend hoppers, and for whatever reason fallout new Vegas was trending for a little while, but I really do find it odd that in 2025 there's dedicated fallout new Vegas vtubers. I wish I knew what attracts vtubers to this category on twitch. I noticed the dedicated players often don't get easily offended from what many would call backseating, but what most would call strategy sharing, and tips. Though dedicated players are a bit different from first time playthrough players. Dedicated players are split into two types. Dedicated modders, and dedicated non-modders. Both can be easy to get along with if you want to geek out with someone over games. Too often is this hobby full of gamejob girls who just want you to go "oh yeah that's real good sweety. Game that game" while they give you a gamejob. You'll often see this with first time playthrough players. They often don't prefer to focus on the game, and would prefer conversation to be about subjects other than how many steps you can carry a metal armor item before it goes invisible. Gamejob girls would rather read anything other than knowledge about the game that they lack, and don't intend to pursue.

Seems like if I were to forcast a level 105 plibbit she'd level only, and max out the food stat. With a high level food stat plibbit would have an extroadinary full food bar every respawn, and as time progressed, and the fullness of the plibbit food bar was drained the usefullness of cooked meat would be difficult to compete with.

The primary difference between a gamejob, and a passion player is a game job is typically ceromonius while a passion player is typically ritualistic. A game job starts with a greeting, proceeds to ensue in the vtuber relishing in how bad they are in a game, and then ends in a relief at the end where the vtuber takes a moment to savor with their audience the joy that they will never have to play that game again. Then it begins again with a new game. The ritualic passion players tend to play gacha, or modded games off-stream (some of the stuff they play could get them banned). There's also a medium ground of semi game jobs where the vtuber plays a one on one off-collab with a mod, or a big tipper off-stream. Those can often be for both the job, and the pleasure.

At the end of last year I was living in Thailand and I saw on the news about a girl who had committed suicide, apparently she was an independent vtuber from a nearby town and her channel was not known until the police deleted all her information from the internet to protect her family. I think her name was Yuzuhira Asayaka or something, but her model was very similar to this one but his hair was more orange, instead of bows he had stars and his uniform was different

Even beloved Twitch content creator TotalBiscuit has fans struggling to grasp at, and perserve some of what he made before he departed, and if fans struggle to preserve a beloved Twitch partner it's not difficult to believe that a less core member of the twitch community might be completely lost to time. If the vtuber you watched streamed on YouTube try looking through an archive, and pan through videos that may have been published on days they went live. That's the best I got. Hope it could be of help somehow.
