The primary difference between a gamejob, and a passion player is a game job is typically ceromonius while a passion player is typically ritualistic.
A game job starts with a greeting, proceeds to ensue in the vtuber relishing in how bad they are in a game, and then ends in a relief at the end where the vtuber takes a moment to savor with their audience the joy that they will never have to play that game again. Then it begins again with a new game.
The ritualic passion players tend to play gacha, or modded games off-stream (some of the stuff they play could get them banned).
There's also a medium ground of semi game jobs where the vtuber plays a one on one off-collab with a mod, or a big tipper off-stream. Those can often be for both the job, and the pleasure.
