I get that a lot of them probably just want to draw and don't like having to deal with the business aspects of this stuff, but it's part of the job. Also just from a purely pragmatic point of view taking payment in full up front and then delivering nothing until after the Paypal dispute window closes is sketchy as hell, any client would be right to be wary in that kind of situation since they're liable to get screwed themselves if they continue waiting around.
