I've never met this vtuber as far as I know. With Twitch videos expire over time, and if a channel is inactive for a long enough time the channel is eventually retired to due to inactivity. Even beloved Twitch content creator TotalBiscuit has fans struggling to grasp at, and perserve some of what he made before he departed, and if fans struggle to preserve a beloved Twitch partner it's not difficult to believe that a less core member of the twitch community might be completely lost to time. If the vtuber you watched streamed on YouTube try looking through an archive, and pan through videos that may have been published on days they went live. That's the best I got. Hope it could be of help somehow.
