Never really been into the physical bimbofication or extremely exaggerated sexual characteristics even though I do like mental regression, loss of maturity, mind break, forced increase in sex drive, slutification, and loss of intelligence, but I'll give my speculation on why there's not much physical bimbo ABDL content. Various mental effects similar to the mental aspect of bimbofication are very present in a lot of ABDL works dealing with mental and emotional regression and loss of maturity. There's a lot of stories and art out there of people losing sexual inhibition as they regress which makes sense since while the person may be mentally regressing they still have an adult body with all its sexual urges, but mental and emotional regression means they don't have the inhibitions or shame they had as mental adults which leads to increase in sexual behavior. I think the reason physical bimbofication with exaggerated sexual characteristics is rare in ABDL works is because it contradicts the ABDL aesthetic. I don't think extremely exaggerated sexual characteristics seen in bimbo art and fiction really meshes that well with the immature aspects of ABDL. There's far more material with characters that are more realistically proportioned and even stuff that is the opposite such as physical regression, diminishment of physical assets, and loli and lolification. There's stuff you're looking for certainly, there's just not much because I don't think there's a lot of ABDLs into bimbos and bimbofication and also wanting to combine bimbos and ABDL since there's a contradiction of aesthetic. I'll add that increased sexual attributes are more commonly seen with Mommy Caregivers in ABDL material as well due to the association of large breasts and wide hips with motherly and nurturing behavior.
