It certainly could be someone who is trying to make anti-woke people look bad, because it reads like a parody at points. Or it could be someone who is frustrated with wokeness in games and doesn't know how to deal with that anger.
There are woke games on the list (ie. Life is Strange), but funnily enough, he doesn't even really mention the actual parts that make it that way. He just says there is a gay character in it and moves on.
He also seems to not even know the basic plots of most of these games, and is unaware of basic Japanese culture in media. For example, he assumes crossdressing is put in the games to promote the practice, when in reality, it's often to make the character look like a joke, and you are supposed to make fun of him. Not admire him. It may not be funny to the creator of the chart, and that's fine, he just doesn't like Japanese humor then.
He also doesn't seem to know what DEI really is, so he is either a complete idiot or, again, trying to make anti-woke sentiments look foolish.
If anything this should be considered a "games with Bidenbtbbq content" chart. But even then, it wouldn't be very useful.
Keep an eye out for journos getting their hands on this though, they could try presenting it as something we consider a legitimate resource.
