One of the only ways to really make some sort of competition or tournament out of the sims would be to set up multiple households and see which one reaches a certain goal first. Maybe whichever sim successfully gets married and has a baby first wins, for example?
Each household would be made up of sims representing various boards. With how much customization there is, especially with mods, it would be pretty easy to make them look like the OC or characters they are representing. Of course, that would be what takes up most of the time in terms of prep. Downloading mods, customizing possibly a dozen or so sims, building interesting houses for them to start out in, etc. That work could be shared though, isn't there a way to share sims 4 creations through a private link?

That would be another way, just putting a bunch of sims in a big house and seeing what happens. But that seems better suited for some kind of edited playthrough video and not so much competition. Would be funny though.
