I wear 24/7, my wife had to go to the hospital suddenly so I didn't have time to pack extra diapers. While waiting in her room I desperately needed to change before I started to leak. I went out into the hall and found one of the nurses (who turned out to be some super ghetto black girl) and asked if they had any protective underwear I could have. She looked very confused and said "you mean like a diaper? For the patient?" To which I had to awkwardly explain that no it was for me.
