There are exactly three points of order known about her, so a lot of backstory and relations with people have to be filled in by whoever's writing.

>She was the one to take command of the WF from Ghira and lead a five-year campaign of violence against humans.
It could be believed that she prioritized actually making change happen as opposed to simply striking down the various means by which faunus are oppressed (which this show does not at all manage to get across) but the only counterpoint existing to the notion that she was plainly a species supremacist is that she chewed out Adam in giving him a Reason You Suck speech - and even that was just calling out how retarded attacking the Huntsman Academies was.
I found it pretty clear that Sienna had no idea Cinder forced Adam into serving her. Brought to recall how many people IRL like to forget the v3 flashback scenes, which show clearly that Cinder used the chunk of the Maiden power (she managed to snag from Amber before Qrow attacked her, Emerald and Mercury) to leave a bunch of grunts at his camp motionless and face-down, while floating in the air and looking down on him.
The Adam short portrays Ghira calling for calm against bandits firing on his WF convoy, then his Aura failing when one of them shot the man.
Adam proceeds to wreck all of the bandit attackers and actually kills the last one who was taking aim at the man.
Ghira's scolding of Adam killing the human could easily have been an admonishment of a presumably-teenager becoming a killer, even in self-defense.
Sienna's interruption and praising of Adam is implied to be for the purpose of bringing up the presumaly-a-youngster, given that Adam reacted in shock to people cheering and talking good on him.
As usual, MKEK left too much to implication for anything to be concrete.
As for me, I just like her. Planning to write her sorely missing being a commander of field operators - as one would - even though she holds paramount the necessity of a junior leadership training operation and support pipeline for the numerous cells of the global counter-exploitation insurgency.

The comics had only a little - showing her standing giving a speech before Blake had joined the WF, by which she announced that she was a loyal member of the White Fang... and that's it. Really doesn't show much of her character, let alone her stance or intentions.
