Terror Attack on Israel Anonymous 10/07/2023 (Sat) 19:01:24 Id: 0a2aa9 No. 19382
The Palestinian militant group Hamas launched unprecedented terror attack on Israel, which has included the firing of thousands of rockets onto the Israel and the infiltration of Israeli territory by land, air, and sea. Responding to the surprise attack Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has declared that the nation is “at war” and the terrorists “will pay a price it has never known before.” Thus far, the attacks in Israel have reportedly left 200 people dead and 1,104 wounded. Hamas claims it has captured Israel Defense Force soldiers and civilians during its assault on Israeli border towns outside Gaza. Israel’s military response–“Operation Sword of Iron”– has led to the deaths of 198 Palestinians and 1,610 people injured. tl;dr the sand niggers and the kikes are at it again

https://archive.ph/IGLUT >Understanding the Hamas attack on Israel: >Iran is aiming for a confrontation with Israel and the US. The success of Russia in Ukraine is encouraging Iran to undo decades of hostile US foreign policy in the Middle East. A bankrupt US Govt has just been invited to another war. >The timing is opportunistic. The US Govt is forced to print trillions of USD as it struggles to raise new debt. Another war would lead to a significant increase in inflation and an accelerated economic decline of the US. >If Iran mines the Strait of Hormuz the global energy crisis would become critical. The Biden administration has used the majority of US oil reserves to stabilize domestic oil prices. Iran can increase the pain for the US Govt significantly. >Ukraine is turning into a major defeat for the US and NATO. A new front in the Middle East would accelerate the US decline. The US Govt and its western partners simply cannot afford it. Russia and China would benefit most. Iran understands this and is playing into the hands of its partners. https://archive.ph/SdcOL >“The assault began without any warning about 6:30 a.m. on the Jewish Sabbath and the morning of a festival…It was almost 50 years to the day after the surprise attack by Egyptian & Syrian forces…at the opening of the 1973 war that traumatized the nation” https://archive.ph/vCxin >“Terrified Israelis in border communities infiltrated by gunmen from Gaza were calling into Israeli television stations from their homes, speaking in whispers and calling for help.” >“A resident of Kibbutz Be’eri tells Channel 12 news that they are barricaded in their homes and believe they have been abandoned by the authorities as Hamas terrorists infiltrate their community.” https://archive.ph/UIh24 >“The Israel Defense Forces says dozens of fighter jets are carrying out strikes against sites belonging to the Hamas terror group in the Gaza Strip. The IDF says it will provide further information soon.” >“A video from Gaza showed what looked like the lifeless body of an Israeli soldier being trampled by an angry crowd shouting “God is Great.” Another video appeared to show Palestinian militants dragging away a live Israeli soldier on a motorcycle.” >“The attacks this morning were unprecedented in their size and their extent. Hamas has tried infiltrations before, but the Gaza border fence and security have generally prevented those attempts” https://archive.ph/c66sb >“Palestinian media reported that at least three Israeli soldiers were kidnapped by Hamas. The Israeli military didn’t immediately confirm or deny the report.” https://archive.ph/AJQQQ >Netanyahu: “We are at war, and we will win…The enemy will pay a price it has never known” https://archive.ph/bbpPh >“Israels’s channel 13 is reporting that 7 communities are under Hamas control. These include Sderot, Nahal Oz, Kfar Haza, Magen, Sufa Beheri and general command of Gaza.” >As of half an hour ago. “The IDF has not yet gained control in any of the locations that involve terrorist infiltration in southern Israel. Residents are still in shelters and report that no Israeli security forces nor available medical staff are on site.” https://archive.ph/hD5IY >Horrific. ‘"We are being slaughtered. There is no army. It has been 6 hours. People are begging for their lives," one Israeli in a southern kibbutz said.’ >Certainly a big assessment failure. “Following the recent violent escalation near the Gaza border in recent weeks, Senior IDF officers and officials in Israel's security establishment assessed last week that Hamas wishes to avoid a full-fledged war...” >“The Israeli military said its fighter jets have hit 17 military compounds and 4 operational command centers belonging to Hamas in the past few hours. Gaza’s health ministry said Israel struck an ambulance in front of a hospital in…Khan Younis” https://archive.ph/rZnGN >“The Soroka Medical Center in southern Israel's city of Beersheba said it had admitted more than 280 wounded Israelis. At least 60 were in critical or serious condition, according to the hospital.” >‘Netanyahu added that the military's second objective is to "make the enemy pay a tremendous price," and the third to secure other potentially violent arenas "so no one else will think about joining this war."’ >“Al Jazeera’ Youmna ElSayed is in the Gaza Strip and says that the intensity of the Israeli aerial bombardment has been increasing.” https://archive.ph/Z8EtV >“An AFP journalist saw eight bodies at the morgue of Al-Shifa Hospital, while another reporter witnessed the funeral of a ninth person killed in Khan Yunis in southern Gaza” >““Is everything closed because it’s Saturday, or because it’s a war time?” asked one Swiss couple looking for a place to grab a quick bite near Jaffa.” >“No statements were issued by the United Arab Emirates, Morocco or Bahrain on the attacks. Saudi Arabia and Qatar, both of which remain resistant to normalization with Israel, released statements calling for self-restraint and blaming Israel.” https://archive.ph/EQyVV >“There was apparently no intelligence for Saturday’s shock attack from the Gaza Strip, but there were preliminary signs. Now … the possibility of a ground maneuver and occupation of the Strip cannot be ruled out.” https://archive.ph/RuW73 >“another resident of the south says his wife and daughters have disappeared, and that he has traced his wife’s phone — which doesn’t answer — to Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. He says he fears his family has been kidnapped to Gaza.” https://archive.ph/w8cnY >In the 2006 Lebanon war 44 Israeli civilians died. That was the highest number of Israeli civilians dead in any war since war of independence in 1948 (excepting the intifadas over a longer period). Today is going to outstrip that & likely by a big margin. https://archive.ph/sEPgQ >"The number of Palestinians killed in Gaze following Israel’s attacks has risen to 198, according to [Hamas] health officials. More than 1,600 people have also been wounded." >Hamas deputy chief: “This is not a (hit-and-run) operation; we started an all-out battle. We expect fighting to continue and the fighting front to expand. We have one prime target: our freedom and the freedom of our holy sites" >"Hamas deputy chief Saleh al-Arouri has told Al Jazeera that the group has captured “a big number” of Israelis. He said “senior officers” were among them.' >If true, this is on a huge scale. "Israeli sources estimate at least 1,000 Palestinians managed to infiltrate into Israel through four different areas. It is the first time since 1948 that these developments are on the Israeli side..." >"In addition to the rockets, Hamas had infiltrated into the country, including reportedly into an IDF base in Israel's southern district, according to an unnamed Israeli security source. Contact with the soldiers on the base was cut off." https://archive.ph/IJMSi
>>19401 Cont.: https://archive.ph/GM65t >Sderot: 'A Channel 12 reporter in the city says there are many “bodies on the ground… terribly grave pictures, scenes that are hard to describe.” These fatalities...are victims of gunfire by Hamas terrorists who infiltrated from Gaza...not rocket attacks' https://archive.ph/lbWVg >'The [Israeli] Health Ministry says so far 908 injured people have been taken to hospitals for treatment in the ongoing terror attack by Hamas on southern and central Israel. At least 100 have been killed in the unprecedented assault, authorities say,' https://archive.ph/UIh24 >This is already the single bloodiest day for Israeli civilians since the establishment of the state of Israel. And the number of casualties is going to rise considerably as the situation becomes clearer in southern border villages & towns. https://archive.ph/GM65t >That's not a war, it's a massacre. "Palestinian terrorists, who apparently infiltrated from the Gaza Strip, were filmed driving in a Toyota pick-up truck around the southern city of Sderot Saturday morning and shooting in all directions." https://archive.ph/8c2rR >Hezbollah's decision to join or stay out of this conflict will be important. "IDF soldiers fired on Hezbollah terrorists who attempted to breach Israel's north, Israeli media reported. The terrorists approached the northern border on motorcycles..." >“The Israeli army report that the Israeli navy killed dozens of terrorists attempting to enter Israel through the sea. The army says the intruding force fired at them and hit rubber boats, naval watercraft and an agricultural vehicle” https://archive.ph/wPYez >BBC: “We understand that dozens of hostages both military and civilian have been taken by Hamas. Some are thought to be holed up in some of the small towns near the Gaza Strip. Others we know have been taken back into Gaza.” https://archive.ph/qFpwZ >“Several bodies and many cars were left on the side of Highway 34, between moshav Yakhini and the southern city of Sderot on Saturday. Most of the cars were riddled with bullet holes and have shattered windows and blood on them.” >Hamas hit four Israeli helicopters, which managed to land. https://archive.ph/ufpt3 >‘Opposition leader Yair Lapid said on Saturday that he is willing to establish an emergency government with Prime Minister Netanyahu to "oversee the difficult, complex and protracted campaign which lies before us."’ https://archive.ph/wkJvr >‘More from the Israel Defense Forces, who have confirmed their troops are fighting in 22 locations in a statement. "There is no community in southern Israel where we do not have forces," it says.’ https://archive.ph/qFpwZ >Thread showing satellite photos of the Hamas attacks in southern Israel. https://archive.ph/6YmHl >Official Israel death toll rises to 150. https://archive.ph/p2ZYb >Remarkable if so. That would mean Israel has lost more main battle tanks to Hamas in a single day than it lost to Hezbollah in the entirety of the 2006 war. https://archive.ph/CyV6v >A big political moment. “Netanyahu has invited opposition leaders Lapid and Gantz to form a unity government, according to his Likud party.” https://archive.ph/66QuY >Director of Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza. “He said that 200 Palestinians have been killed and more than 1,600 injured, the majority of whom are in critical condition and require ICU treatment, and others who need surgery.” >My colleagues report: “But a much larger operation is being planned for the coming days. Thousands of reservists were called up to their units; the scale suggests Israel is preparing for a large offensive.” https://archive.ph/yShiy >“More likely Hamas’s attack is part of a direct challenge for leadership of the Palestinian people. It is an attempt to show … that there is an alternative to the strategy of non-violence and focus on diplomacy pursued by the elderly…Mahmoud Abbas” >“Mr Netanyahu’s supporters will try to blame the intelligence community. Many of its members are reserve officers who have been active in the protest movement against the government… and have called on fellow reservists not to turn up for service” >Netanyahu: “The entire government stands behind this decision. The IDF will immediately use all its power to disable Hamas' capabilities. We will beat them to death, we will take revenge on them for the black day they have inflicted on the State of Israel and its citizens” >“Aaron Haimov, a medic and ambulance driver, was shot to death on Saturday while driving a Magen David Adom ambulance on his way to treat wounded individuals in his southern home town of Ofakim” https://archive.ph/J1Or5 >“The spokesperson for the Israeli military said the army had regained control of most of the Gaza border communities infiltrated by Hamas and Islamic Jihad militants on Saturday” >“The 200 people confirmed dead thus far in Saturday’s terror attack represent more than 0.002% of all Israelis – a proportion of Israel’s population that is double that of Americans killed in 9/11.” https://archive.ph/IJMSi >“The death toll from the Hamas terror group’s massive attack on Israel rises to more than 250, Hebrew-language media reports say, citing medical officials. The toll is expected to continue to rise. At least 1,450 have been wounded, many seriously.” >“Dozens of bodies are being removed from the scene where Israelis were massacred at a nature party near Kibbutz Re’im, Channel 12 reports. The reporter says the sight of the dead Israelis is unbearable.” >‘U.S. officials said that if the Israelis knew an attack was imminent they did not share it with Washington. “We were not tracking this,” one senior U.S. military official told NBC News.’ https://archive.ph/SMxWw >‘U.S. officials are discussing enhancing intelligence sharing with the Israelis to support the Israeli government in response to the Hamas attack, according to a U.S. official and a source familiar with the discussions.’ >NBC: ‘U.S. officials said early assessments are that the timing of the Hamas attack was related to signs that a deal normalizing relations between Saudi Arabia & Israel was close…They also said that the 50-ya anniversary of the 1973 Arab-Israeli war also may have been a factor.’ >“A trail of civilians’ bodies lay where they had encountered the advancing gunmen. On the road outside Sderot, a bloodied woman slumped dead in the seat of her car. At least nine people gunned down at a bus shelter in the town were laid out on stretchers” https://archive.ph/cPSwx >‘Asked by reporters how Hamas had managed to catch the army off guard, Lt. Col. Richard Hecht, an Israeli army spokesman, replied, “That’s a good question.”’ >‘Energy Minister Israel Katz ordered Israel’s state-run electric company to cut power to Gaza…“I signed the order instructing the electric company to stop supplying electricity to the Gaza Strip. What was will not be” Katz said in a statement posted on X’ https://archive.ph/glAX3 >“Medical sources in Gaza say at least 232 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli air attacks launched after a Hamas offensive against Israel that killed at least 200”
https://archive.ph/Pj4mZ >A few thoughts on today, in no particular order. First, among Israelis: impossible to overstate the level of shock. The intelligence failure resembles 1973, but you almost have to go back to 1948 to find an analogue for the violence that played out in cities and towns. 🧵 >It'll take a few days to know the scale of Israel's response. Netanyahu has historically been cautious about using military force. But he's now surrounded by a coterie of incompetent ideologues, and public opinion will probably be in favor of a dramatic change to the status quo. >The presence of so many Israeli hostages in Gaza will be an argument against a major ground offensive. But they are worth far more to Hamas alive than dead: the group will want to exchange them for prisoners to score a political victory. >That gets at a second point: why Hamas did this. The backdrop to today is not just the miserable conditions in Gaza, it's also a looming succession struggle in the West Bank, the historic unpopularity of Mahmoud Abbas and the possible collapse of the PA. >There is a bizarre analytical tendency to forget that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is decades old and rooted in real grievances. Or maybe not bizarre: it serves a political purpose to ignore that and blame everything on geopolitics ("Iran wants to sabotage normalization"). >Third: not only will today's events put talk of normalization on hold, they should also put to rest the discredited idea that Israeli-Arab normalization would magically make the Israeli-Palestinian conflict go away. >And finally, a thought for far too many people on here: you shouldn't celebrate anything in this fucking conflict. It always ends in tears. <Yes it reminds me of 1948 naqaba days https://nitter.cz/sendtoadnan/status/1710762117299864047#m >>19400 I really cannot say because (1) I'm just copying and pasting posts and videos off of Twatter without actually reading/watching them and (2) much of what I know about Israeli/Palestinian relations (Outside of /pol/ memes) is from films like Exodus.

White jews and liberals demanded that we tolerate sandniggers. They were completely convinced that some random libertarian that plays too many video games was the biggest threat to democracy. And now they are collectively shitting their pants. Some random desert rats raping some kikes will unironically be the biggest turning point for global politics in the history of humanity. There are fucking mudslimes openly cheering for the brutal slaughter of jews in the streets of Canada and Australia right now. You could not make this shit up if you tried. What annoys me the most whenever there's an attack on Jews or Israel, the victim card gets played and repeated non-stop, and anyone who criticizes the policies that obviously led to the attacks, get labelled an antisemite. This video is from Good Morning Britain a few weeks ago, and the guy with the sad look on his face and victim like persona, is judge Rob Rinder. He was trying to say that Jewish kids going to school in the UK are now at risk of being murdered in or on their way to school, although he didn't provide any evidence, just some anecdotes from 'WhatsApp groups'. Whataboutery?
>New York Times report says Israel knew about Hamas attack over a year in advance https://archive.ph/6TGBY <Israel's military was aware of Hamas ' plan to launch an attack on Israeli soil over a year before the devastating Oct. 7 operation that killed hundreds of people, The New York Times reported Friday. <It was the latest in a series of signs that top Israeli commanders either ignored or played down warnings that Hamas was plotting the attack, which triggered a war against the Islamic militant group that has devastated the Gaza Strip. <The Times said Israeli officials were in possession of a 40-page battle plan, code-named “Jericho Wall,” that detailed a hypothetical Hamas attack on southern Israeli communities. <It was unclear how the document was obtained by Israel, but the article said that it had been translated — indicating it may have been in Arabic and directly intercepted from Hamas. How Radical Activist Groups Get Anti-Israel Material Into Classrooms Across The Country >Educators urged to go against the 'Israeli narrative,' teach students to be pro-Palestinian activists https://archive.is/pmS47 <Radical activist groups are spreading a curriculum that trains kids to be activists and hate America through classrooms across the country, according to a report from Parents Defending Education (PDE), a group aimed at taking politics out of the classroom. <In the just-released report, first shared with The Daily Wire, the education nonprofit highlights how two activist groups with links to school districts across the country put together a “critical media literacy” toolkit to guide educators when discussing the war between Israel and Hamas. The toolkit, created by the Coalition for Liberated Ethnic Studies (CLES) and the Liberated Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum Consortium (LESMCC), points educators to anti-American, pro-Palestinian, and anti-colonialist resources from a plethora of leftist organizations. <... <According to the toolkit, critical media literacy is supposed to focus on “indigenous peoples,” “racially marginalized people,” and “voices rooted in solidarity and collective liberation movements.” <Staley said the toolkit was thoroughly anti-Western civilization, and viewed the world from a lens of constant oppression. “They already set the mindset that they are oppressed by the Americans and the Israelis. That’s how they do everything, that’s their mindset,” he said. “They’re all oppressed and Western civilization is the oppressor and they’re seeking liberation from Western values.” <After going through a list of questions about Palestinians and the media, the toolkit has an “action” section that asks, “Based on what you viewed, analyzed, and learned, what do you want to do to respond?” This action section is the point of the toolkit, Staley said, saying that the goal was to get students to be activists.

>Leaked US Intelligence Documents Related To Israel's Attack Preparations On Iran Appear Online https://archive.ph/szpKL <A major leak of US classified documents has appeared online Saturday... or we should qualify alleged leaks of at least two TOP SECRET documents, with both marked NOFORN - which is among the highest classifications - given it indicates the specific intelligence cannot be shared with allied foreign intelligence agencies. <A breaking Axios report suggests their authenticity: "U.S. officials are extremely concerned about a potentially major security breach after two alleged U.S. intelligence documents about Israel's preparations for an attack on Iran were published by a Telegram account affiliated with Iran," Barak Ravid, who maintains close Israeli military and intelligence sources, writes. <The documents include one which was reportedly authored by the Department of Defense National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), dubbed a "Visual Intelligence" report and distributed among the US intelligence community (IC) earlier this week, and dated to Oct.14-16. <Neither the Pentagon nor NGA have offered official confirmation or comment, nor are they likely to. The documents first appeared on a pro-Iran Telegram channel. Axios has identified the channel name as "Middle East Spectator". <The docs first appeared online Friday, but the Axios report has strongly pointed to the authenticity of leak.
