C4S is pushing back by not banning diaper stuff entirely, but caving on AR content when they should be dragging Visa/Mastercard into court and seeing if Discover/Amex want some sort of sweetheart deal if they'll process payments for this stuff. Despite that, my wife and I always made it a point to watch with the kids. We wanted it to be an interactive experience. What clue did Blue find? Where did the Map direct Dora? We aimed for it to be thought-provoking. Being present during those moments made them very special. Cuddling on the couch, singing Barney songs, and solving Blue's mysteries became our time together. As the kids started nursery and kindergarten, those moments gradually diminished. Before you know it, the kids grow up, and the house feels eerily quiet.
