I don't think it's the training age as much as disposable diapers being super comfortable. Cloth diapers were made with softness in mind when dry, but once you pee in them, its just a soaked and stinky towel that leaks all that pee back out on your skin when you sit down or move. Compare that to disposable diapers that are not only very soft when dry, but keep the wetness off the skin. So not only does it not feel gross, it actually feels good because there's a warm, squishy, soft thing wrapped around the most sensitive parts of the human body. That being said, it's pretty easy to see how there's a greater potential for the wires to get crossed in that early development stage with disposable diapers. I suppose the extra year or two in those diapers for modern kids also raises that potential.

Trannies are gooners. They don't just want to coom like a regular guy, they want to live in a coom fantasy. So they're usually better at making a story that's actually consistently hot AND has a fleshed-out, engaging story. However, they're very mentally ill, and this instability means they make a few chapters, and then disappear from the face of the internet after a mental episode or getting wrapped up in Discord drama. The few artists who can actually make consistently good ABDL comics that are mentally, sexually, and visually engaging always lock their shit behind a paywall. Ruugiaruu is a great example.

yea, having it thick does make it better, but not so thick that it became unrealistic to wear and restrict mobility too much. I only had access to cheap medical diapers. i usually layers a tena slip medium underneath a slip large. the medium diaper fits really good and it doesnt sag. instead of cutting a slit, i normally use sewing pins to poke a lot of little holes so that the polymer inside the diaper doesnt fall out when im ready to change. i also uses the same setup for messing. i usually wear diapers with a few layer of underwear on top to make it tight. idk if it just me but messing with a loose diaper felt kinda disgusting. yeah i know the whole diaper thing is already disgusting to begin with. i kinda like the mess to stick/pressed up againts my ass.
