Being 'forced' to close down due to Visa alone means nothing else but incompetence. They had some nice content to begin with, but every new video was a rehash of whatever they've been doing the past 20 years. Garbage.

I can guarantee the owner of the site isn't taking care to archive things properly (and probably wouldn't give that out anyway). In the past I had a membership and wrote a scraper but the problem is there's a limit of how many GB you can grab per hour and one would hope someone could grab everything before the shutdown.
