There's something about Disney Princess ABDL that I find really appealing, more than other characters. Probably because I associate those early years with watching Disney movies, and all those pull ups with Disney Princesses on them.

Disney Princess Pull-Ups, etc. The thing is though, there's so much potty training stuff branded with the Disney princesses that the little girl assumed that the message is that all of the princesses must also not be potty trained and wear diapers too, or be going through potty training. In the blog post the Mom speculated that it was kind of weird. Like so much deep association between Disney Princess and potty training from Disney. Maybe the origin of all of the ABDL and DDLG girls on tumblr and Instagram nowadays is from seeds that Disney planted years ago.
