I think they're different groups but they're closely related. I don't know much about them, but from what I've heard, 764 & O9A are like Neo-Nazi Satanist Larpers who like to extort children. In the screenshots we see two users with names making references to those groups; one is called "pedo764" and the other is called "BoldenO9A". We also see a user called "Punisher" asking for contacts in The Com/CVLT. I highlighted them in the screenshots.
