It's like you know he lives with a single-mother who collects his disability money and spends it on herself and he occupies himself in his room all day making these videos. He probably has a hard time socializing with people and will probably never have a girlfriend unless she's really autistic too. It's people like this that make you think how lucky you are to not be on the spectrum, but at the same time you almost feel envious because he's not thinking about all the convoluted life stuff neurotypical people have to face.
