I went to prison as a juvenile and my charges were supposed to be expunged. After passing 2 FBI background checks I started working at SpaceX with Space Force DBID's credentials. I began a hobby of developing my own firearms and learning to GCODE for my new CNC machine. Me and my fiancé had a falling out after 13 years, I told her we go our separate ways and I would voluntarily pay her alimony until she got on her feet. Instead she decided to steal all my firearms and money then disappear while I was at work. She stole my grandmothers ring and money from my father who I take care of because he has dementia. I stupidly called the police because I did not want these to end up on the streets and I fully believed I had every right to make and own my own firearms. This was not the case, I was arrested for possession of firearm by convicted felon with ammo for a broken firearm she left behind. The following morning the ATF raided my house and even took my fathers guns he had locked in his closet and placed them with my 3D printers as evidence. I am not asking for donations although it would help me in this fight. All I ask from my fellow anons is to share my message. A quick search shows that your story doesn't add up. Either you were convicted of a felony as an adult or you've been dating the same girl since you were ten years old.

She lied to me about her name and only found that out the night I was arrested. When I got out of prison I lived a straight clean life and even called a clemency lawyer for consultation. The clemency lawyer told me to save my money because Trump was passing the first step act for non violent offenders to have their rights restored. Shortly after the first step act was passed my voting rights were restored. I passed 2 federal background checks for Space X and was even handling explosive material there and trusted with classified info. I thought I was totally within my American "right" to make my own guns so long as I was not selling them. >>46714 We were never legally married, I just felt bad for leaving her with nothing so I told her I would make her monthly payments. Apparently that was not good enough, she took my guns(her guns now), stole money from my dad and maxed the borrow limit on my cash app and disappeared while I was at work. >>46731 I still feel like I am in some sort of nightmare, she has been living under an alias this entire time. The ATF cannot even find her or the guns. I admit I fucked up by calling the police but I told the police my intentions was not for these guns to end up on the street that I am just a hobbyist as well as a self taught biochemist. The pigs stole everything and destroyed my house. I just need help, I have a criminal defense lawyer Heather Harris and I am consulting with the same clemency lawyer I spoke to years ago this coming monday because the looked at my case and my juvenile record is supposed to be adjudicated

AGAIN the warrant was only for guns...They took everything, 44 line items of evidence. game consoles etc. I live with my father who has dementia and I was his sole provider up until now. Most days I am a stranger to him but I have to deal with it. On top of that they took my fathers AR-15, GSG -16 22lr and added it to the 3D printed gun collection for their victory photo.
