The main problem is that the ones having more children are lazy negroes from Africa, violent primates, and dumb ugly negresses popping out 6 or 7 children each. With the amount of nuclear weapons that exist in the world we could exterminate the entire population of Sub-Saharan Africa and there would still be plenty of Nukes left over. Then the world powers can divide up Africa's resources, this'll ease the tensions, so there'll be no threat of nuclear war anymore and we would be not just only getting rid of nigger but also a shitload of nukes.
